Job Description

As a Brand Consultant/Recruitment Analysis person at Cross Country Locums (CCL), your role involves expanding brand awareness among healthcare providers (HCPs) to increase the pool of qualified providers across various specialties, focusing on business growth and rapid change. Your responsibilities include coordinating marketing and advertising strategies such as digital marketing, collaterals, advertising, event marketing, tradeshows, website content, email marketing, and social media. You will collaborate with the CCL leadership and marketing team to develop strategies for generating new business leads, enhancing brand recognition, and consumer equity. Additionally, you will assist the EVP in identifying specialized recruiting resources and implementing necessary training and business analysis for business growth. Key Responsibilities: - Proactively and aggressively call facilities to add and update needs. - Secure agreements with facilities to add additional business opportunities to the pipeline. - Understand and document client needs and communicate openings to recruiting teams. - Review candidate files for match appropriateness and present qualified candidates to clients. - Maintain daily contact with facilities for follow-ups and negotiations. - Confirm contract details with facilities and ensure clear communication with Recruiting Consultants. - Build strong working relationships with all CCL teams and departments. - Represent and support CCL's business initiatives. - Provide professional and positive service to all internal and external customers. - Meet outbound call, provider presentation, and new contract requirements. - Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications: - Excellent interpersonal, phone presentation, and customer service skills. - Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) with general database knowledge. Education and Experience: - Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of recruitment or inside/outside sales experience. Experience can substitute for educational background. - Healthcare experience is preferred but not mandatory. Critical Competencies for Success: - Ability to prioritize and stay organized in a fast-paced environment with conflicting deadlines. - Collaborative mindset to work with all aspects of the selling cycle and achieve goals. - Flexible and adaptable to changing environments. - Sales acumen to secure new business and increase revenue from existing accounts. - Goal-oriented and assertive with a commitment to meeting targets. - Capable of working independently while being a team player.,
