Brand Consultant

As a Brand Consultant at our dynamic retail team in Udaipur, you will have the opportunity to represent our curated collection of art, dcor, and lifestyle pieces. Your role will involve connecting with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored recommendations on products and design pieces. Additionally, you will play a key role in maintaining attractive product displays, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and meeting monthly and quarterly sales goals through proactive engagement. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver an exceptional in-store experience to every visitor and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. - Understand customer needs and provide tailored recommendations on products and design pieces. - Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals through proactive engagement. - Maintain attractive product displays and ensure the store is always visually inspiring. - Suggest creative ways to enhance sales and improve customer experience. - Stay informed about product details, materials, and trends in luxury home dcor. - Handle customer queries, purchases, and after-sales support with professionalism and warmth. - Prepare simple sales reports and provide feedback on customer preferences and trends. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales, customer service, or a similar role. - Graduate degree in any discipline. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - A friendly, confident, and proactive personality. - Passion for design, furniture, and home dcor. - Ability to work well under pressure and resolve customer concerns effectively. - Energetic and self-motivated individual who enjoys achieving targets.
