Job Description

Role Overview: As a Brand Consultant/Recruitment Analysis person at Cross Country Locums (CCL), you will play a crucial role in expanding brand awareness among healthcare providers (HCPs) to enhance the pool of qualified providers in various specialties. Your focus will be on driving business growth and adapting to rapid changes in the industry. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the implementation of brand-building and results-driven marketing strategies, coordinating various marketing and advertising initiatives, and collaborating with the leadership and marketing team to generate new business leads while enhancing brand recognition. Key Responsibilities: - Proactively contact facilities to update and add needs, and secure agreements for additional business opportunities. - Document and understand client needs, communicate job openings to recruiting teams, and review candidate files for appropriate matches. - Present qualified candidates to clients, maintain regular contact with facilities, and negotiate with internal and external clients. - Confirm contract details, build strong relationships with all CCL teams, and support business initiatives. - Provide professional and positive service to internal and external customers, meeting outbound call, provider presentation, and new contract requirements. - Perform any other duties as assigned. Qualifications: - Excellent interpersonal, phone presentation, and customer service skills. - Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and written presentation skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) and general database knowledge. - Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of recruitment or inside/outside sales experience; healthcare experience preferred but not required. Additional Company Information: This position reports to the Director of Recruitment and/or Sales at CCL. You should have the ability to prioritize tasks, collaborate with different stakeholders, adapt to changing environments, work flexibly, meet sales quotas, and demonstrate a strong commitment to achieving goals both independently and as a team player.,
