Brand Communication Lead

Key Responsibilities

Build and execute brand communication strategy to strengthen Miles positioning across sectors.
Craft compelling stories across digital, print, PR, events, and partnerships.
Drive consistency in brand messaging across internal and external channels.
Collaborate with marketing, academic, HR, and sales teams to align communication with business priorities.
Create high-impact content for campaigns, press releases, social media, newsletters, and leadership messaging.
Manage brand presence at key events, conferences, and media platforms.
Measure communication effectiveness and optimize for stronger brand impact.
Keep pace with industry and consumer trends to ensure fresh, relevant storytelling.

Desired Skills & Experience

5+ years of experience in brand communication, corporate communication, or marketing communication.
Strong experience in conceptualizing and executing end-to-end brand campaigns.
Excellent storytelling, writing, and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and fast-paced projects.
Strategic mindset paired with creative execution.
Prior experience in EdTech, education, or service industries is a plus.
