We are seeking a *creative, versatile, and hands-on Social Media Video Creator* to produce engaging video content for platforms such as *YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn * The ideal candidate will be skilled in video ideation, shooting, editing, and optimization for different social media formats, with a strong sense of storytelling and platform trends.
* Conceptualize, plan, and produce high-quality short-form and long-form video content for social media and YouTube.
* Handle all aspects of video production scripting, storyboarding, shooting, editing, sound, and post-production.
* Capture and edit product videos, behind-the-scenes clips, interviews, testimonials, and trend-based content.
* Collaborate with marketing and design teams to align videos with brand voice, campaigns, and objectives.
* Optimize video content for each platform (YouTube, Instagram Reels, Shorts, etc.) based on best practices.
* Upload and manage videos on YouTube, ensuring correct tagging, SEO optimization, thumbnails, and playlists.
* Monitor performance metrics (views, engagement, watch time) and suggest data-driven improvements.
* Stay updated on social media trends, viral formats, and algorithm changes to create relevant, engaging content.
* Contribute fresh ideas for campaigns, series, and collaborations.
* Research competitor and influencer content to identify new opportunities for growth.
* Work with on-screen talent, influencers, or internal team members for shoots and interviews.
* Coordinate with the social media and design teams for campaign rollouts.
* *35 years of experience* in video production, social media content creation, or a similar role.
* Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., *Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve*).
* Basic understanding of motion graphics tools (e.g., *After Effects, Canva, or similar*).
* Strong sense of visual storytelling, pacing, and audience engagement.
* Knowledge of social media algorithms and video content strategies.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
