Job Description

Your New Role

As Marketing Manager for Digital Collaboration and Consumer Content, you will lead the development and execution of digital marketing and content strategies that support local portfolio objectives. Working closely with the Senior Marketing Manager and cross-functional stakeholders, you will design, launch, and optimize omnichannel campaigns and digital programs that drive both short- and long-term business results.

You will also be responsible for:

Analyse, understand, and interpret market insights and translate to simple & targeted communication and proactive development of marketing /promotional mix to meet brand objectives and customer needs.

Plan, prioritize and manage end to end campaign execution across owned, earned, & paid digital channels; ensure alignment with brand and legal/compliance requirements.

Liaison with external agencies to deliver initiatives for brands and maintain constant touch with internal and external customers.
Launch new products in line with local strategy and regional approval.
With your natural instincts, you act in line with ethical standards, company procedures and Novo Nordisk Way of Management which includes Vision, Policies and Charter which describes our Values, Commitments and Fundamentals.
Develop customer and stakeholder insights using qualitative and quantitative methods (e.g., market research, analytics, user testing) to drive content strategy and amplification.

Your Skills & Qualifications

You hold a masters degree in management (MBA) from a reputed institution with Science / Pharma graduation with minimum 7 - 10 years of experience in core Marketing and Product Management
Good in communication and negotiation skills and should be able to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
Experience in consumer and digital marketing, including digital activation.
A strong track record in thorough planning, execution and follow-up is required, with a creative and innovative attitude that will enable you to drive initiatives with operational excellence in mind Client/Customer Facing roles will be an added advantage.
