Job Description

Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled *E-Commerce Marketplace Specialist* with *35 years of hands-on experience* in managing and growing online sales across leading marketplaces. The ideal candidate will be responsible for *onboarding, listings, catalog management, product mapping, and marketplace advertising* to drive performance and maximize ROI.

### *Key Responsibilities:*

*Marketplace Onboarding & Management:*

* Manage onboarding and setup of company products across major marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, Ajio, Tata Cliq, etc.)

* Ensure smooth integration with marketplaces, including catalog sync, order management, and inventory tracking

* Coordinate with marketplace account managers for new launches, promotions, and visibility campaigns

*Product Listing & Optimization:*

* Create, upload, and manage accurate product listings, ensuring correct titles, descriptions, images, and attributes

* Optimize product content with SEO-friendly keywords to enhance search ranking and visibility

* Regularly audit listings for errors, duplications, or policy violations

*Product Mapping & Catalog Management:*

* Map SKUs effectively across platforms to ensure correct product categorization and variations

* Maintain up-to-date product catalogs, pricing, stock availability, and promotions

*Advertising & Performance Marketing:*

* Plan, execute, and optimize marketplace advertising campaigns (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, etc.)

* Analyze ad performance metrics, ROAS, and ACoS to ensure profitability

* Develop and implement strategies to increase visibility, conversions, and overall sales growth

*Reporting & Analysis:*

* Generate regular performance reports for sales, inventory, ads, and returns

* Analyze marketplace trends, competition, and consumer behavior to identify growth opportunities

* Provide actionable insights and recommendations to management

Preferred candidate profile

* *35 years of proven experience* in managing e-commerce marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)

* Strong understanding of *marketplace algorithms, listing optimization, and paid ads management*

* Hands-on experience with *marketplace tools and dashboards (Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, etc.)*

* Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills

* Proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis tools

* Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, design, and operations teams

### *Preferred:*

* Experience in managing *D2C platforms* (e.g., Shopify, Woo-Commerce) is a plus

* Knowledge of digital marketing and performance tracking tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio, etc.)
