We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced eCommerce Marketplace Specialist to manage and grow our women’s fashion brand on Myntra and Flipkart. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing fashion listings, driving sales growth, optimizing visibility, and handling day-to-day operations on Indian online marketplaces. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end operations for Myntra and Flipkart seller accounts. Create, optimize, and manage product listings (titles, descriptions, keywords, images). Run and optimize paid promotions and campaigns on Myntra and Flipkart. Analyze sales data, returns, and customer feedback to improve product performance. Ensure compliance with platform policies and manage SLA performance. Coordinate with vendors and warehouse teams for order processing and stock management. Implement pricing, discount, and inventory strategies to improve margins and sell-through rate. Suggest new product trends based on platform performance and market research. Key Requirements: 3+ years of experience managing fashion listings on Myntra and/or Flipkart. Strong understanding of fashion eCommerce – preferably women’s ethnic or fusion wear. Hands-on experience with Seller Panels (Flipkart Seller Hub, Myntra Partner Portal). Proven track record of increasing sales and visibility on marketplaces. Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and data analytics tools. Ability to coordinate with internal teams and third-party service providers. Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and A+ content creation for marketplaces is a plus. Experience with pricing strategy, inventory planning, and returns management. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Fashion, Marketing, or related fields. Prior experience working with a D2C or marketplace-first fashion brand. Familiarity with catalog shoots, image guidelines, and styling for fashion marketplaces.
