We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented *Brand Onboarding & Listings Executive* to manage and execute the onboarding process for brands and products on our quick commerce platform. The ideal candidate will coordinate with internal teams and brand partners to ensure accurate listings, timely catalog uploads, and smooth go-live operations for all brands.
* Coordinate with sales/category teams and brand partners to collect all necessary onboarding documents, product data, and digital assets.
* Ensure all brands are onboarded as per platform SOPs and compliance requirements.
* Create, upload, and maintain product listings on the platform (SKUs, descriptions, images, pricing, GST details, etc.).
* Ensure product information accuracy and consistency with brand standards.
* Regularly audit listings for completeness and quality.
* Liaise with catalog, pricing, marketing, and inventory teams to ensure timely product go-live.
* Coordinate product categorization and visibility in line with merchandising strategies.
* Support pricing and promotional updates in coordination with relevant teams.
* Monitor live listings and resolve errors related to product visibility, pricing, or availability.
* Maintain dashboards or trackers for onboarding and listing progress.
* Serve as a point of contact for brands during onboarding and listing phases.
* Provide post-onboarding support for listing updates and issue resolution.
* Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Operations, or related field.
* 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce or quick commerce onboarding, catalog management, or operations.
* Strong Excel/Google Sheets and data-handling skills.
* Knowledge of e-commerce content management systems (CMS) or product listing tools.
* Excellent communication and coordination skills.
* Attention to detail with a focus on speed and accuracy.
* Ability to manage multiple brands and categories simultaneously.

* Prior experience with platforms like *Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, Zepto, BigBasket, Amazon, Flipkart*, etc.
* Understanding of *FMCG, grocery, or lifestyle* categories.
* Familiarity with *cataloging best practices* and *SKU management*.
