Content-Led Growth Marketer bengaluru 2 - 6 years INR 4.5 - 6.0 Lacs P.A. Remote Full Time

Role Overview We are looking for a content-driven marketer who can use high-quality content, SEO, and multi-channel distribution to drive organic growth, brand authority, and qualified leads. The role requires strong ownership across content strategy, execution, performance tracking, and cross-functional collaboration with design and product teams. Key Responsibilities Content & SEO Growth Develop and execute a content strategy aligned with business goals, focusing on organic traffic growth, brand visibility, and thought leadership. Write, edit, and SEO-optimize long-form and short-form content (blogs, landing pages, guides, newsletters). Own on-page SEO, keyword research, internal linking, and content refresh initiatives to improve search rankings and domain authority. Track and improve key SEO metrics including organic traffic, keyword rankings, and domain rating (DR). Multi-Channel Content Distribution Plan and execute multi-channel content campaigns across website, email, and social media platforms. Drive audience growth and engagement through consistent publishing, repurposing content across formats and platforms. Monitor performance and optimize content based on engagement, reach, and conversion metrics. Email & Lead Nurturing Build and manage segmented contact lists for targeted outreach and lead nurturing. Execute cold and warm email campaigns, optimizing subject lines, messaging, and CTAs to improve open rates and CTRs. Collaborate with sales or growth teams to align content with funnel stages. Website & Product Content Experience Collaborate with design, product, and engineering teams on website and product interface improvements. Lead or support website redesign initiatives with a focus on content structure, usability, and brand consistency. Create wireframes, UI content, and prototypes for new product features where required. Analytics & Optimization Measure content and campaign performance using analytics tools. Generate insights and recommendations to continuously improve content ROI. Maintain dashboards and reports for leadership and stakeholders. Key Skills & Qualifications Strong writing and editing skills with a clear understanding of SEO best practices Experience driving organic growth through content Hands-on experience with email marketing tools and CRM platforms Ability to plan and execute multi-channel content campaigns Working knowledge of website UX, content architecture, and conversion optimization Data-driven mindset with experience tracking and interpreting performance metrics Ability to work cross-functionally with design, product, and tech teams What Success Looks Like Significant growth in organic traffic, search visibility, and domain authority Improved engagement and audience growth across channels Strong email performance metrics (CTR, engagement, lead quality) A cohesive, high-quality content experience across website and product touchpoints
