Job Description

Opening with leading newspaper publishing Group of company for their office at Chennai

Job Summary:

Brand Associate

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the development and execution of
brand strategies
to drive brand awareness and engagement.
Support
new product launches
, including planning, coordination, and post-launch evaluation.
Develop and implement effective
brand positioning and communication strategies
across all channels.
Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, creative, and digital to ensure
brand consistency
.
Manage and optimize the brand
portfolio
, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and areas of improvement.
Travel extensively (up to 40%)
for brand events, market visits, and regional activations.
Liaise with
media partners
, creative agencies, and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective execution of campaigns.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
38years
of experience in
brand management
; experience in
radio, print, or media
is
mandatory
.
Proven experience in
new product launches
,
portfolio management
, and
strategic branding
.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to
communicate fluently in Tamil
(written and spoken).
Willingness to
travel up to 40%
of the time.
Creative thinker with strong analytical and organizational skills.

Preferred Background:
