Brand Activation Executive

As a Brand Activations Executive at Viral Fission, you will play a crucial role in amplifying brand visibility, enhancing relations, and driving organizational growth through innovative activation strategies. Your responsibilities will include: - Brainstorming and implementing activation plans tailored to specific requirements, target groups, and objectives. - Creating comprehensive presentations and budgets for each activation project. - Managing budgets, handling invoicing, and negotiating with vendors to ensure cost-effective solutions. - Overseeing the hiring of personnel and conducting ground-level reconnaissance for events. - Leading promotional activities to maximize event exposure. - Analyzing the success of each activation and preparing detailed reports for evaluation. To excel in this role, you should have: - Proven experience in brand activations. - Strong project management skills. - Knowledge of key performance indicators (KPIs) and effective marketing techniques for event management. - Proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Strong problem-solving abilities. - A collaborative and leadership-oriented approach to teamwork.
