Brand Activation Executive

As a Brand Activation Executive at Indra Shakti Ventures, you will be responsible for bringing the Swah brand to life through various on-ground activations, gourmet events, Ultra HNI events, farmers markets, gifting pop-ups, and more. Swah is a luxury rice brand that celebrates India's forgotten grains and offers a range of premium rice varieties sourced directly from Indian farmers, wrapped in thoughtful storytelling and exquisite packaging. Your key responsibilities will include planning and executing high-quality on-ground activations in line with Swah's premium positioning, coordinating logistics, staffing, inventory, and materials for each activation, managing in-store presence and sampling support at various locations, executing gifting campaigns, and collecting consumer feedback to refine messaging and strategy. To be a great fit for this role, you should have at least 2-3 years of experience in on-ground brand or event roles, be highly organized, energetic, and have a passion for being in the field. You should be able to manage logistics while also caring about aesthetics, create aspirational brand experiences, possess strong communication and problem-solving skills, and be available for weekend events and last-minute tasks. Experience with premium/luxury brands or a lifestyle background would be a bonus.
