We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Branch Relationship Officer to join our team in Axis Bank Limited The ideal candidate will have 2-7 years of experience

• Offer ficial solutions to customers by providing bank's products and services
• Cross-sell bank products to existing and new customers through effective communication
• Engage with mapped customers to offer additional bank products based on their needs
• Process customer transactions and service requests within defined turnaround times
• Introduce customers to alternate channels of banking such as Internet Banking, mobile banking, and WhatsApp banking
• Achieve assigned business budgets monthly
• Generate referrals and leads of new customers for sales of bank's products
• Promote bank's products by participating in marketing activities and customer visits outside the branch
• Contact existing customers to increase deposits and cross-sell bank's products
• Timely and accurately process customer transactions and requests, handling queries and providing correct solutions to minimize complaints
• Follow all compliance guidelines (regulatory and legislative) for each activity
• Ensure audit requirements are met with an optimum audit rating
• Complete all mandatory certifications required for the role and all learning activities/trainings conducted by the bank
• Daily entry of customer interactions in the bank's CRM system and participate/follow all initiatives/campaigns/drives undertaken by the bank

• Graduation or Post-Graduation from a recognized institute
• Knowledge of banking regulations and norms
• Maintain a high level of knowledge of banking products and services
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English and the local language
• Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
• Good networking and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and technology-based banking platforms
