We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Branch Relationship Officer to join our team in Axis Bank Limited The ideal candidate will have 2-7 years of experience in banking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines

• Offer solutions and cross-sell bank's retail banking and third-party products as per assigned budgets
• Achieve business budgets consistently on a monthly basis
• Generate referrals and leads of new customers for sales of bank's products
• Promote bank's products by participating in marketing activities and customer visits outside the branch
• Contact existing customers to increase deposits and cross-sell bank's products
• Process customer transactions and requests timely and accurately
• Handle customer queries and provide correct solutions to ensure no customer complaints
• Follow all compliance guidelines (regulatory and legislative) for each activity released from time to time
• Ensure all audit requirements of the bank are met with an optimum audit rating
• Complete all mandatory certifications required for the role (EUIN, SP Certification, etc) and all learning activities/trainings conducted by the bank
• Perform daily entry of customer interactions in the bank's CRM system and participate/follow all initiatives/campaigns/drives undertaken by the bank

• Graduation or Post-Graduation from a recognized institute
• Knowledge of banking regulations and norms
• Maintain a high level of knowledge of banking products and services
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English and the local language
• Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
• Good networking and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and handling customer queries

The branches act as the face of Axis Bank for millions of retail customers and is an integral part of the Bank's strategy Branches play a major role in deposit mobilization from New-To-Bank (NTB) customers and are core drivers of the Bank's customer engagement strategy across products and services
