Branch:Gold Loan Officer

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Branch Gold Loan Officer to join our team in Axis Bank Limited The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of relevant work experience, preferably in NBFC

• Maintain relationships with the branch banking team to ensure smooth processing of gold loan cases
• Recruit, train, and induct ASL executives to increase the gold loan portfolio through the Branch Banking channel
• Ensure compliance with all operational processes by providing training and support to the ASL and branch banking teams
• Achieve top-line numbers and productivity levels as guided by the Central Team
• Build solid relationships with clients and manage teams effectively
• Utilize strong problem-solving skills to resolve issues and provide excellent customer service

• A graduate or MBA (Marketing) degree from a recognized institute is required
• Proven work experience in branch banking or channel sales demonstrates a strong understanding of relationship building and team management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for effective cross-functional team collaboration
• Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization
• Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done are necessary
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity targets
