Branch:Gold Loan Officer

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Branch:Gold Loan Officer to join our team at Axis Bank Limited The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of relevant work experience in branch banking or channel sales, with a strong background in relationship building and problem-solving

• Maintain relationships with the branch banking team to ensure smooth processing of Gold Loan cases
• Recruit, train, and motivate ASL executives to increase gold loan portfolio through the Branch Banking channel
• Ensure compliance with all operational processes and maintain high levels of productivity
• Provide training and support to the team to maintain a healthy and hygienic portfolio
• Achieve top line numbers and meet required productivity levels as guided by the Central Team
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to drive business growth

• A graduate or MBA (Marketing) degree from a recognized institute is preferred
• Proven work experience in branch banking or channel sales, with a minimum of 2 years of experience
• Possess solid relationship-building skills and experience in channel sales and team management
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done
• Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential
