Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Service Manager, located in Chandigarh. The Branch Service Manager will oversee the daily operations of the branch, including managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, handling customer inquiries and complaints, monitoring inventory levels, and maintaining branch performance standards. Additionally, they will coordinate with other departments to enhance service delivery and manage service-related budgets.
