Key Roles & Responsibilities :

  • Manage and oversee a team of Relationship Managers, providing leadership, training, and support to ensure they are effective and motivated

  • Responsible for achieving and exceeding productivity benchmarks by implementing efficient sales strategy while following the processes

  • Build different channels of distribution to enhance market penetration and reach

  • Monitor and ensure the quality of portfolio and customer satisfaction

  • Provide training and handholding to the team of Relationship Managers, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform optimally

Drive the achievement of monthly sales targets by setting goals, sales plans, and motivating the team towards successful outcome over number achievement
