Job Description

Key Responsibilities Business Development and Revenue Growth: Drive branch revenue through equity trading, third- party product selling and regular new client acquisition. Develop and implement strategies to achieve branch sales targets and profitability goals. Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities for financial products such as mutual funds, insurance, PMS, Structured products and fixed income instruments. Branch Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day branch operations, ensuring seamless execution of equity trading and other financial services. Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements. Monitor operational efficiency and address any issues promptly to maintain smooth workflows. Team Leadership and Management: Lead and mentor the branch team, including equity dealers, relationship managers, and other staff. Set performance targets, conduct regular reviews, and provide training to enhance team skills and productivity. Foster a collaborative and result-driven work culture. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) and retail clients. Ensure clients receive timely advice, personalized investment solutions, and exceptional service. Address client queries, concerns, and feedback to ensure high levels of satisfaction. Market Analysis and Advisory Support: Stay updated on equity market trends, macroeconomic developments, and corporate actions. Provide insights and guidance to the team and clients for informed investment decisions. Assist clients with portfolio diversification and risk management strategies. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure all branch operations comply with regulatory standards (SEBI, NSE/BSE, etc.). Monitor trading activities to mitigate operational and investment risks. Conduct regular audits to maintain transparency and compliance. Key Competence Strategic thinking and decision-making capabilities. Client-centric approach with a focus on delivering value. Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines. Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
