We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Branch Relationship Officer to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 1-8 years of experience in sales, preferably in the BFSI industry. Roles and Responsibility Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to increase business growth. Identify new business opportunities and expand existing customer relationships. Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales targets and objectives. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market. Build and maintain a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences. Job Requirements Proven experience in sales, preferably in the BFSI industry, with a minimum of 1 year of experience. Strong knowledge of emerging enterprise banking products and services. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to build strong client relationships. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are needed to analyze market trends and competitor activity. Experience working with used car sales or related fields is an added advantage.
