Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Branch Relationship Officer to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. Roles and Responsibility Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase business growth. Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base through effective sales strategies. Collaborate with internal teams to provide comprehensive solutions to clients. Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity. Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the organization. Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction. Job Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the BFSI industry. Strong knowledge of emerging enterprise banking products and services. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience working with UCV (Unsecured Credit Vehicle) is an added advantage.
