Meet and exceed business targets for deposits (CASA, term deposits), asset cross-sell and up-sell as per bank policy.Offer tailored banking solutions (liabilities, assets, digital banking, insurance/third-party products) to customers of varying segments.Ensure outstanding customer service and build trust, ensuring repeat business and referrals.Collaborate with branch operations, product specialists and other teams to deliver seamless banking experience.Maintain documentation, ensure regulatory compliance, monitor portfolio health and attrition.
