Job Description

Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Relationship Managers (RMs) to achieve sales
targets and business goals related to CASA and other liability products.
Drive the acquisition of new customers for CASA products by identifying potential clients and ensuring smooth onboarding
Focus on achieving both individual and team sales targets for Current Accounts, Savings Accounts, Fixed Deposits, and other banking products.
Develop action plans to target specific customer segments and achieve CASA growth in the local market.
Ensure compliance with KYC, AML, and other regulatory requirements during the customer onboarding process.
