Job Description

As a Relationship Manager in this role, your responsibilities will include: - Establishing and strengthening relationships with the allocated customer base. - Ensuring retention of your allocated Book of Relations, which consists of the existing customer database. - Acting as the single point of contact for customers for any walk-in, query, or complaint. - Identifying the financial goals of customers and providing financial planning assistance. - Conducting competition analysis to give professional advice to customers. - Fixing self-appointments every day from the given customer database as per the campaign.
