We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Branch Relationship Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. Roles and Responsibility Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase business growth. Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base. Provide excellent customer service and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry. Build and maintain a strong understanding of the bank's products and services. Job Requirements Proven experience as a Branch Relationship Manager or similar role in BFSI. Strong knowledge of liabilities, branch banking, and relationship management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience working with small finance banks or similar institutions is preferred.
