Job Description

Develop and maintain strong relationships with branch customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty through regular engagement, needs assessment, and prompt issue resolution.
Drive customer retention initiatives by identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities across banking products, ensuring alignment with customer financial goals and branch targets.
Coordinate with internal teams to streamline service delivery, ensure timely fulfillment of customer requests, and maintain adherence to compliance, audit, and operational guidelines.
Monitor customer portfolios, analyze transactional patterns, and proactively address service gaps to enhance customer experience and overall branch performance.
