Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Branch Relationship Executive to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 7 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably with a background in used car finance. Roles and Responsibility Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase business growth. Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base through effective sales strategies. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services. Provide excellent customer service and resolve complaints professionally. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market. Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the branch. Job Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably in used car finance. Strong knowledge of financial products and services, including loans and banking operations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong customer relationships. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze market trends and competitor activity. Experience working with internal teams to deliver high-quality products and services.
