Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Branch Relationship Executive to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. Roles and Responsibility Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to increase business growth. Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through effective sales strategies. Build and manage a portfolio of existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Collaborate with internal teams to provide excellent customer service and support. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market. Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the organization. Job Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the BFSI industry. Strong knowledge of emerging enterprise banking products and services. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience working with used car sales or related fields is an added advantage.
