Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Branch Relationship Executive to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in the BFSI industry, with a strong background in sales and customer service. Roles and Responsibility Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase business growth. Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through effective sales strategies. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues promptly. Provide excellent customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market. Build and maintain a strong network of contacts within the community to promote the bank's brand. Job Requirements Any Graduate or Postgraduate degree from a recognized university. Proven experience in sales and customer service, preferably in the BFSI industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building relationships with customers and colleagues. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets consistently. Knowledge of financial products and services, including savings accounts, loans, and credit cards. Familiarity with banking regulations and compliance requirements is desirable.
