Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Branch Receivable Officer to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 7 years of experience in the BFSI industry, with expertise in managing receivables and handling cash operations.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee the daily operations of the branch's receivables, ensuring timely payments and minimizing bad debts.
Develop and implement strategies to improve collection efficiency and reduce delinquencies.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify and address potential risks and opportunities.
Maintain accurate records and reports on receivables, including aging analysis and credit risk assessments.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to receivables management.
Provide training and support to junior staff members on receivables procedures and best practices.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and banking laws.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
Experience with credit risk assessment tools and techniques.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
