Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Branch Receivable Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 8 years of experience in the BFSI industry, with expertise in managing receivables and collections. Roles and Responsibility Manage and oversee the daily operations of the branch's receivable functions. Develop and implement strategies to improve collection efficiency and reduce delinquencies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and issues. Analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to receivables and collections. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Lead and motivate a team of receivable staff to achieve departmental goals. Job Requirements Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience in managing and leading a team of professionals.
