Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Branch Receivable Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 1 year of experience in the BFSI industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee the daily operations of the branch receivables department.
Develop and implement strategies to improve cash flow and reduce delinquencies.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and vendors.
Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Lead and motivate a team of professionals to achieve business objectives.

Job Requirements
