This role requires a strong understanding of retail banking products and services, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills. Key Responsibilities Oversee the branch operations and ensure smooth functioning of all processes Monitor and maintain the branch's service standards and ensure timely resolution of customer complaints Train and develop branch staff to provide high-quality customer service Manage and maintain branch cash levels and ensure compliance with banking regulations Collaborate with other departments to achieve branch targets and goals Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures Keep up-to-date with industry trends and implement best practices in branch operations and service delivery Represent the bank in local community events and build relationships with customers and stakeholders Prepare and submit reports on branch performance to senior management Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field Minimum 5 years of experience in branch operations and service management in a banking environment Strong knowledge of retail banking products and services Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to lead and manage a team Proficient in MS Office and banking software Knowledge of local language and culture is preferred We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for growth and development within the organization.
