Job Description

Role Overview: As a Branch Operations and Service Manager in the Rural Banking department, your primary focus will be on enabling customers, partners, and stakeholders to address their needs through proactive query resolution. You will be responsible for setting up customer service quality procedures, standards, and strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention. Your role also involves driving employee morale and engagement levels to deliver best-in-class service and contribute to the larger organizational objectives of the bank. Key Responsibilities: - Manage a team of customer service managers overseeing the inbound channel and correspondence branches. - Provide excellent customer service, promote customer centricity, and facilitate organic growth. - Take ownership of customer issues and ensure proactive resolutions. - Develop and deploy strategies to enhance service quality, staying ahead of industry developments and applying best practices. - Establish service procedures, policies, and standards. - Analyze MIS, enhance productivity, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions. - Recruit, mentor, and develop customer service resources to create an environment where they can excel. - Adhere to and manage the approved budget for operations. - Maintain an orderly workflow based on priorities. - Allocate resources effectively to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets. - Enhance service quality and customer focus within the organization. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to leverage in-house synergies. Qualification Required: - Graduation in Bachelors in Engineering, Technology, Maths, Commerce, Arts, Science, Biology, Business, Computers, or Management. - Minimum of 4 years of experience in Customer Service.
