Branch Operations Manager

As the Lead of the Service Team, your role involves overseeing the team to ensure regulatory and procedural compliance. You will be responsible for coordinating the audit of the branch and maintaining service excellence to enhance the portfolio, control retention, and improve cross-selling. Additionally, you will be in charge of authorizing and reviewing entries made by RO / SO, checking end products, and verifying vouchers for transactions amounting to Rs. 10 lakhs & above. As the Vault / Key custodian, you will play a crucial role in the security and management of essential assets.
