Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Operations Manager located in Bengaluru. The Branch Operations Manager will oversee daily branch operations, manage staff, ensure compliance with banking regulations, and provide excellent customer service. The role also involves handling financial transactions, maintaining audit and security controls, and resolving customer issues. The manager will play a crucial role in achieving the branch's financial and customer service goals.

• Experience in branch operations, compliance, and audit controls
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
• Financial transaction management and banking software knowledge
• Outstanding organizational and time management abilities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in the banking sector is a plus
