Based in Patna, Ranchi, Kolkata & Delhi NCR. we specialize in holistic health approaches and aim to advance the practice of homeopathy through collaboration, marketing, and strategic partnerships. Position Overview: We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth through marketing, promotional events, and campaigns focused on homeopathy medicine. You will also manage tie-ups and collaborations with homeopathy physicians and other medical entities to enhance our market presence and service offerings. Key Responsibilities: Market Development & Strategy: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the homeopathy segment. Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to promote homeopathy services and products. Conduct market research to understand trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Promotional Events & Campaigns: Plan, coordinate, and execute promotional events, workshops, and campaigns to enhance brand visibility and engage target audiences. Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials and digital content. Tie-Ups & Collaboration: Establish and maintain relationships with homeopathy physicians, clinics, and other medical entities. Negotiate and manage partnerships and collaborations to expand service networks and drive mutual growth. Foster long-term relationships with partners to ensure ongoing business development and support. Sales & Business Growth: Drive sales initiatives and achieve set targets by leveraging business relationships and promotional activities. Monitor and report on sales performance, campaign effectiveness, and market trends to the senior management team. Administrative Duties: Prepare and present regular reports on business development activities, progress, and results. Manage administrative tasks related to partnerships and events, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Health Sciences, or a related field. Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably within the healthcare or homeopathy sector. Strong understanding of homeopathy medicine and related medical practices. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
