Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune for a Branch Manager. The Branch Manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure that branch targets are met. Key responsibilities include developing strategies for debt recovery, client relationship management, and maintaining regulatory compliance. The Branch Manager will also handle performance metrics, staff training, and providing personalized service to our clients.
