We are hiring for Branch Manager

Qualification- Graduation mandatory

Experience- 9 to 11 years of relevant experience in the General Insurance or Insurance Broking industry

Language-English & Kannada

Package- 7.5 LPA to 12LPA

Work time-Day shift

Working Days- 6 days

Location- Mahatma Gandhi Rd, Yellappa Garden, Yellappa Chetty Layout, Sivanchetti Gardens, Bengaluru, Karnataka

Experience:

* 9 to 11 years of relevant experience in the General Insurance or Insurance Broking industry

* Proven track record in B2B sales, branch operations, and client relationship management

* Prior experience in handling corporate insurance clients and leading branch or regional sales teams

* Strong exposure to commercial insurance lines like Property, Marine, and Group Health

Key Responsibilities:

Manage client relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention

* Drive cross-selling and upselling of insurance products

* Handle quotes, RFQs, and prepare comparison reports

* Analyze claims and loss data; coordinate with insurance managers

* Provide expertise in Property, Marine, and Project Insurance

* Oversee policy issuance, claims, endorsements, and service delivery

* Design custom insurance solutions tailored to client needs

* Coordinate with internal teams (sales, claims, operations)

* Maintain strong relationships with insurers

* Stay updated on industry trends and regulations

* Generate new business and lead client acquisition efforts

Key Accountabilities

* Achieve and exceed branch sales and revenue targets

* Maintain and convert a healthy sales pipeline

* Understand client risks and recommend suitable insurance solutions

* Conduct product demos and client meetings

* Manage CRM updates, lead tracking, and invoicing accuracy

* Own and manage a portfolio of prospective and active clients

* Lead negotiations with insurers and finalize placements

* Ensure client renewals, cross-sells, and retention

* Represent the company at events and trade shows

* Ensure full compliance with IRDAI and internal policies
