Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Branch Leadership & Sales Management

Lead the branch team to meet and exceed sales and revenue targets
Drive business across retail banking products including Liabilities (CASA), Retail Assets, Insurance, and Investment products
Ensure delivery of a strong customer value proposition and maintain high service standards

Team Management & Development

Build, manage, and mentor high-performing teams to achieve business objectives
Conduct regular training and performance reviews for staff
Foster a positive, performance-oriented work culture

Customer Experience & Relationship Management

Ensure superior customer service and manage high-value customer relationships
Implement strategies to enhance client engagement and customer retention
Address escalated service issues and resolve them efficiently

Branch Operations & Compliance

Ensure efficient branch operations and cost-effective resource management
Monitor compliance with banking regulations, internal policies, and audit requirements
Maintain operational risk controls and ensure timely reporting and documentation
