Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Manager located in Theni. The Branch Manager will oversee the daily operations of the branch, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities include developing business strategies, providing financial services guidance to customers, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining branch profitability. The Branch Manager will also be responsible for training and mentoring staff, managing budgets, and cultivating relationships with local businesses and clients.
