As a Branch Manager at our Kozhikode branch, your primary responsibility will be to lead and manage the operations effectively. You should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the Study Abroad Industry to excel in this role. Here is a breakdown of your key responsibilities and qualifications: Key Responsibilities: - Oversee day-to-day operations of the branch and ensure the smooth functioning of all departments. - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve enrolment and revenue targets. - Lead, motivate, and manage the counselling, marketing, and documentation teams for high performance. - Monitor student applications, admissions, and visa processing for timely completion. - Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, universities, and partners. - Conduct regular performance reviews and provide training to staff for skill enhancement. - Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards. - Identify business opportunities, expand branch reach, and strengthen brand presence in Kozhikode and nearby regions. - Prepare and present monthly reports on sales performance, operations, and achievements to management. - Resolve escalated issues and provide excellent customer service. Key Requirements: - Minimum 5 years of proven experience in the study abroad/overseas education industry. - Strong understanding of international admissions, university tie-ups, visa processes, and compliance. - Demonstrated success in branch/operations management and team leadership. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. - Ability to handle pressure, multitask, and deliver results within deadlines. - Strong problem-solving skills and customer-oriented approach. - Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and digital communication tools. Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or related field (Masters preferred). - Certifications in overseas education counselling or related areas will be an added advantage.
