Job Description

2. to take rnitiative to motivate subordrnates to achieve targets, complete trainings/courses and overall glowth.

3. To conduct Momtrg meetings every day and monitor showroom cleanliness.

4. You are the Branch in charge and responsible for all Office and general Admrnistration of your assigned Branch.

1 Manpower Management and Time management of the Employees.

5. To trair fie DSF's on ..,ehicles" booking, billing, rrackurg card etc, and to help thern achie.re their Target and

help frre New DSEs to sell'at least 3 cars per month.

7. Maintarr Team Leaders register and regularly check the Tracking cards.

8. Submit darly reports to SM and GM - Sales, in the given format.

9. Chalk out plans and conduct corporate visits to Banks, Schools, Govt. Sectors etc.

10 Test drive ne611-t of yor-r teams to be fiilfilled by coordinating with Test t)rive Coordjnator

1 1.If any memos are being received from heads of H.R / Sales the same should be implemented properly and you

will have the sole responsibility to circulate that information to your team members and to make them aware

about it.

12.You may have to deal with different type of persons ln the showroom like customers, politicians, persons from

local offices etc. Show courtesy and deal them polrtely.

13.You must fuform the G.M-H.R & Admin immediately if case any Govt. Officials visit the branch ltke Labour

deparhnent, Statutory departrnent (PF,ESI) etc. Show respect and treat them well.

14.If any Employee workrrg under you is found to be rnvolved in any kind of malpractices or create problematic

situations - you must inform the matter to your immediate Manager and to the G.M-H.R & Admin at once.

15. You must maintain sood rapport with other Departments like Service. HRD. I.T. True Value. Accounts.

Commercial, NEXA etc.

16. Identify the Executives who requre faining/counselrrg and rntimate the same to the G.M-H.R & Admin.

17. You must verifu the Leaves.of your team members - approve and forward the same (including yours) to H.R

Dept on the very next day itself.

18. Proper care and attention to be given to all new comers / jorners and proper hand holding to be provided to them.

19. Proper grooming of all staff, ensure display of ID Cards, neatly wearurg uniform.

Supervision & Responsibilities

1. You have the authority to control and sanetion all expenses. Special care to monitor Demo vehicle

utiltzation, Fuel Expenses, Training and travelhng expenses. It is the duty of Branch Manager to verifu

suppor:ting evidence, sisn each and every cash paynrent voueher and suspense voucher.

2. Cheque receipts normally not allowed but can be accepted with prior written permission from AGM -

Accounts or Accounts Manager. Ensure that Cheque received must be submitted latBst by next working

day. Holding Cheque will not be entertained. I

3. Verify all cash ffansactions, sigrr in the cash book after verifiuing closing cash balance and denominations.

Ensure that cash balance (at the time of Bank deposit) more than Rs. 5000/- nlrst be deposited at bank

daily. :

4. Custodian of locker along with Accountant or person concemed.

5 Make necessary arrangements of cash transactions if Accountant is on leave and report the same to Account

heads.

6. Ensure to pay Electricity charges, Rent Contract Amount in time.

7. Being the head of the Branch, you are responsible for all Vehicle Sales Receivables. It is your duty and

primary responsibility to collect all receivables in the time limit.

8. Ensure that the Daily receivables report received from Branch Accountant and monitors it on a daily basis.

,, Any discrepancies in the receivables must be reported to AGM-Accounts and GM-Sales.

9. Salary Advance, Suspense amounts, Advance General and Outstandrng iiabilrties will be paid only with the

approval of CEO through G.M-H.R. Ensure that al1 those amounts are deducted or collected from the

concemed persons within the time limit and according to Company policy.

' 10. Responsible and ensure that all reports are submitted to various authorities at Head Office withrn the

prescribed time limit..

I 1. Responsible for all activities of concemed branch. Also responsible for additional duties and

responsibilitres assigned by CEO, G.M-H.R & Admin. GM-Sales.

12 Timely renewal of Trade License/ Labow Regisffation with the help of Liaison officer,IHRM.

13. To maintarn Statutory records & registers such as Muster Roll, Holiday Regrster, Register of Employment,

Leave Register etc..

14. HRMS - Nlaintenance mlrst be as per the standing rnstructron issued vide Circulars dtd 03.07 2019,
