Hi,
We are hiring for one of the leading private bank.
Manage end-to-end branch operations and ensure compliance with banking regulations
Drive business growth across CASA, loans, and other banking products
Lead, coach, and motivate branch staff to achieve targets
Ensure excellent customer experience and relationship management
Monitor branch performance, productivity, and profitability
Handle audits, risk management, and operational controls.
Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
10 to 15 years of experience in retail banking.
Strong knowledge of branch operations, sales, and compliance.
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and customer-handling abilities.
