Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Branch Manager to lead our retail team in Gorakhpur. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 7 years of experience in sales, branch management, or a related field. Roles and Responsibility
Achieve sales targets while maintaining high-quality portfolios.
Lead a team of Loan Officers/Field Staff to meet business targets.
Ensure efficient collections and regular repayments from customers.
Design and implement a collection strategy to avoid risky areas and maintain quality portfolios.
Conduct regular field visits to guide and motivate Loan Officers.
Track repayment from regular customers and follow up on delinquent customers, non-starters, and frauds.
Maintain staff skill development through meetings and continuous monitoring of various clusters, identifying training needs as per market trends and new business opportunities, and ensuring resource optimization.
Guide the team to improve First Time Right (FTR) and TAT while ensuring maximum customer satisfaction.
Maintain a branch that aligns with brand values and ensure effective brand retention and recall amongst all customers and non-customers.
Ensure all laid down systems and processes are followed at the branch as stipulated by Senior Management and ensure all staff are adequately trained on the company''s products and processes.

Job
Graduate in any discipline.
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, branch management, or a related field.
Possess strong leadership and communication skills.
Demonstrate the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Have knowledge of banking operations and financial services.
