Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Branch Manager to lead our retail team in Patna. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 7 years of experience in sales, branch management, or a related field.
Roles and Responsibility

Achieve sales targets while maintaining high-quality portfolio standards.

Lead a team of Loan Officers/Field Staff to meet business objectives.

Develop and implement effective collection strategies to minimize risks and maximize repayments.

Conduct regular field visits to guide and motivate staff, assessing loan officer performance through sample centre meetings.

Track repayment from regular customers and follow up on delinquent, non-starters, and fraud cases.

Maintain daily run rate as per projections through regular morning and evening meetings with Loan Officers.

Ensure proper maintenance of the branch and all registers, documents, etc., to handle compliance, audit, legal, admin, HR, and other issues.

Guide the team to enhance First Time Right (FTR) and TAT while ensuring maximum customer satisfaction.

Maintain a branch that aligns with brand values and ensures effective brand retention and recall amongst all customers and non-customers.

Ensure all systems and processes are followed at the branch as stipulated by Senior Management and ensure all staff are adequately trained on company products and processes.

Job

Graduate in any discipline.

Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, branch management, or a related field.

Possess strong leadership and communication skills.

Demonstrate the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and consistently meet sales targets.

Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Be capable of designing and implementing effective collection strategies.

Have knowledge of auditing, administration, legal, HR, and compliance procedures.

Experience in handling branch operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource optimization is required.

Ability to maintain a positive and professional demeanor when interacting with customers, colleagues, and senior management.
