Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager to lead our retail team in Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in the BFSI industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee daily branch operations, ensuring efficient customer service and sales growth.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve business objectives.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and regulatory bodies.
Ensure compliance with bank regulations and industry standards.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in retail banking or a related field, with a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and manage high-performing teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and strategic thinking.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
Knowledge of financial products and services, with a focus on sales and revenue growth.
Experience working with small finance banks or similar institutions, with a deep understanding of their operations and challenges.
