Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Drive branch-level sales targets through effective direct sales strategies.
Recruit, train, and manage a team of Direct Sales Executives (FLS).
Monitor team performance and provide coaching for improvement.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards.
Analyze market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Prepare and present performance reports to senior management.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in life insurance sales, preferably with exposure to direct sales.
Proven experience in team handling and achieving sales targets.
Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
