We are looking for an experienced and motivated Personal Loan (PL) / Loan Against Property (LAP) Relationship Manager . The role involves acquiring new clients, maintaining relationships, managing a team, and driving business growth through open market, DSAs, and connectors . Key Responsibilities: Acquire new clients for PL and LAP. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Engage with DSAs, connectors, and the open market for lead generation. Lead and manage a team of sales professionals. Develop strategies to expand the PL and LAP portfolio. Monitor market trends and competitor activities. Qualifications and Skills: Graduation is must. Minimum 5 years in banking or financial services focused on PL and LAP. Proven team management experience. Expertise in open market, DSA, and connectors. Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
